In my professional capacity, I had the responsibility of managing a graphic design team, including one of whom was an intern. The key objective of this role was to collaborate closely with the journal's editor-in-chief in order to elevate the visual appeal and design standards of our publication. To achieve this, I provided guidance, direction, and support to the team, ensuring that our design projects were aligned with the editor-in-chief's vision and the overall branding of the journal.
